3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the platform
  • To send WhatsApp notifications for task assignments, completions, and team updates
  • To generate AI-powered reports and bottleneck alerts using Groq
  • To send transactional emails via Resend (welcome, notifications)
  • To process and display business data within your organization workspace

4. WhatsApp and Meta Data

Our platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta). When you or your team members interact with our WhatsApp bot:
  • Message content is processed by our AI to interpret task-related commands
  • Phone numbers are stored to associate team members with their WhatsApp accounts
  • We do not sell or share WhatsApp message data with third parties
  • Messages are governed by Meta's WhatsApp Privacy Policy

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (cloud infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures including:
  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit
  • Encrypted passwords using bcrypt hashing
  • Organisation-level data isolation — users can only access their own organisation's data
  • Session-based authentication with JWT tokens

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
  • Groq — AI-powered WhatsApp message parsing, reports, and bottleneck alerts
  • Meta (WhatsApp Business API) — WhatsApp messaging infrastructure
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting
  • Vercel — Application hosting and deployment
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Organisation data is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
